RACE DEPOSIT
We have stopped our deposit program that we've been offering. Registration must be paid in full when registering. If the only way you would be able to join us is with two payments, then please email (ryan@tsepicmtb.com) us and we will try and work something out.
REFUND POLICY

No transfer or deferrals under ANY circumstances

80% refund available till January 31, 2027

50% refund available till February 31, 2027

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE THE INSURANCE THAT IS OFFERED BY THE REGISTRATION SITE. This should cover about 95% of the emails we get before the race asking for a refund (I.E. injuries, medical issue, etc. Make sure to read through their information on what is covered under this insurance opportunity. TSE has no control over insurance claims or refunds.) If you register with the deposit program, you will need to purchase the insurance when you first register and once you pay your remaining balance.
